Synopsis.

A young freedom fighter escaped the Venezuelan oppressive regime and must seek asylum in Miami while he struggles with the weight of what he left behind.

​

Accomplishments:

Simon was nominated for Spain's Academy Awards (GOYA) and nominated for Ibero-America's Academy Awards (Platino Awards). It has also won 38 international awards at various film festivals.

​

Simon was acquired by Netlflix in the USA, Latin America and Spain. In its first week on Netflix, "Simón" reached the top 10 in 14 countries and was the #6 movie in the world for non-English speaking movies.
